A quick note to our customers: Please remember that we travel across the country in order to cover the races that we cover. This is why you receive a order confirmation that states it can take 2 to 4 weeks to receive your order. Also - jpeg images will be mailed as soon as we are available to upload them to you. If we are on the road it may take a couple of days. But NO it should not take 4 weeks for jpegs.
Our New Digital Delivery system for the J-pegs is a great success. This system is working much faster than our old system. It will still take a little bit of time as we have to prep and send the image to our host, but we are getting this done usually within 6-12 hours at this time.
Update: we have had a few issues with the new digital download system but we are working them out/ So, please keep this in mind if you do not get your order right away. Thanks for your patience.
